Butterscotch Pie

Cream butter and flour gradually, then add sugar mixed with eggs slightly beaten. Scold milk with 3 tbs carmel syrup. Cook with above until thickened.

Carmel Syrup

Carmelize 1/2 cup white sugar adding 1/3 cup boiling water. Then letting boil until syrup is formed.
