- 1 1/2 cup whole blanched almonds
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1 1/2 c. sifted 4x sugar
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 tsp salt
Grind almonds and and combine with remaining ingredients and work with your hands to a stiff paste. Refrigerate in an air tight container.
