- 1 cup nuts (any kind)
- 1 cup sesame seed
- 2 cups old fashioned oatmeal
- 1 cup wheat germ
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup water
Mix all and spread on pan. Bake 200 degrees for 2 hours stirring often.\
