- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 cup soft butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cup Quick Oats
- 1 jar jam (1 cup)
Stir together flour and soda.
In medium bowl cream butter and sugar until light + fluffy. Stir in flour mixture until well blended. Blend in oats (with fingers or wooden spoon). Dough will be crumbly. Press half the dough into greased pan. Spread jam. Crumb remaining dough top. Pat lightly. Bake 25-30 minutes 400 degrees.
